  1. DMA research puts the ROI of email marketing in 2017 at U.S. $30.01, better than any other direct marketing channel. (DMA UK “Email tracking study 2017”)

  2. 72% of consumers say that email is their favored conduit of communication with companies they do business with. 61% say they like to receive promotional emails weekly and 28% want them even more frequently. (MarketingSherpa)
  3. Checking email is a complementary activity. People do it while watching TV (69%), in bed (57%), and on vacation
