Journalists speak out...and we’re listening
Understanding the needs of the media is essential for our team. Why? Because we get to work with a variety of rock star communications teams, and helping them craft digital assets that work for journalists and bloggers is kind of our thing. Keeping in touch with journalists so we have a better understanding of how their jobs are changing, processes they use to come up with and craft story ideas, and what they want from PR pros helps us better deliver for clients.

In addition to our broad annual journalist survey, we like to zoom in on key beats. We’ve focused on Healthcare journalists and Food & Bev journalists in recent years.
